Summer is coming and after a dreary winter inside, sunshine is calling! Join your favorite MYX coaches for a summer cross-training program designed to complement whatever outdoor cardio you love — because the key to a great successful cardio program is variety!

Whether you power walk, hike, mountain bike or run, this 4-week MYX program will show you how to blend mobility, flexibility, and strength training with your outdoor cardio faves to get the most results from your exercise.

In this 4-week program, we will spend the first and third weeks focusing on mobility, and the second and fourth weeks on strength. To start, add the two checked days indicated below to your weekly outdoor cardio activity. The three additional days are bonus…if you are able to get them in, great job!
