Introducing In The MYX

Welcome to In The MYX. Our new and engaging workout series featuring our MYX Coaches and some special guests.

In the MYX will be rolling out across the MYX app and on our social channels throughout December and January. Each In the MYX class will provide you with different tips from our coaches and guests.

The workouts in the app will all be 20-minutes long and can be found under their respective categories. For example, Ride and Tone with @colormecourtney would be found in the Cross-Training tab. Not a MYX Member yet or just don’t have 20-minutes to workout today? No worries! We created 5-minute workouts as well that you can find right here on the blog or on our Instagram and Facebook.

Here’s what you can expect.
