This well-rounded, MYX cross training program consists of 7 days of equipment free strength, cardio, stretching and recovery. There are days of moderate work followed by hard work and hard work followed by recovery... everything your body needs to get strong, stay strong and feel amazing both physically and mentally.
Over the course of the seven days you will experience body weight strength and cardio, yoga focused on your health and yoga focused on impacting your heart rate. You will have the chance to do an entire workout focused on strengthening your core and one where you will experience your body's dynamic mobility. You will finish the program with a nurturing stretch and an opportunity to practice meditation. It's seven days of a little taste of the amazing programming that MYX has to offer.
