MYX App Essentials Program

On vacation, traveling for work, just don’t feel like leaving your bedroom? With MYX you can work out wherever you are with our MYX App Essentials program! At MYX, we know that the key to lasting change is cross training, and the variety of exercise modalities in our library is built on this premise. The MYX mobile app gives you the ability to cross train even when you are away from your home studio by diving into the workouts in the MYX library that don’t need any equipment other than a little space, your heart rate monitor and your own body!

It’s easy to find your workouts by using the filter function on your mobile app. From the app home screen, tap “Workouts,” and then use the filtering icon in the top right hand corner to search your workout by coach, duration, and the level you’ve chosen.

If you are comfortable with working out and are ready for a bit of a challenge. Your MYX Coach will support you with form cues, modifications and workout pacing.
