MYX App Essentials Program

Can’t wait to get started on your MYX journey? MYX App Essentials has you covered. This three-week program introduces you to the MYX cross-training method using mobile friendly, bodyweight only workouts to give you cardio, strength, and recovery each week. Connect with your incredible coaches and get moving while you wait for your MYX or MYX Plus to arrive.

We’ve designed the program to fit three different levels of fitness experience. Click the level that sounds right for you to view the workout plan, then log in to your mobile app to schedule your workouts and get started. Let’s go!

If you are just beginning a fitness routine or if it’s been a really long time since you exercised regularly.

It’s easy to find your workouts by using the filter function on your mobile app. From the app home screen, tap “Workouts,” and then use the filtering icon in the top right hand corner to search your workout by coach, duration, and the level you’ve chosen.

Level 2

If you are comfortable with working out and are ready for a bit of a challenge. Your MYX Coach will support you with form cues, modifications and workout pacing.

If you have a strong fitness foundation and are looking for a real challenge. Keep in mind, your MYX Coach may not cue form of basic exercises and may not show as many modifications.
