Gregg is a 30-year veteran of the fitness industry. He applies a full-spectrum approach to training, including in-depth functional mobility, cardiovascular and strength training, mental conditioning and breath work. He emphasizes the importance of balancing hard work with focused and thorough regeneration and recovery. But don’t let this serious stuff fool you- he’s also a ton of fun!
For the past 2 decades, Gregg has taught packed classes at Equinox, one of the most notable gyms in the world. He was a founding trainer on the streaming fitness show Daily Burn 365, and has been featured on The TODAY Show, Good Morning America, New York Magazine, Shape and more. Gregg has published two books on fitness and is a frequent keynote speaker for numerous organizations, universities and conferences. Celebrity clients include Nicole Kidman, Antoine Fuqua, Kelly Ripa, Marc Consuelos, and several Victoria’s Secret supermodels.
Gregg is certified by NASM, Animal Flow, MovNat (Level 1), Kettlebells, AFAA, ACE, PSE/Art Of Breath, FRC and KinStretch, and AIStretch. He is also a Master Trainer and presenter for both Schwinn Cycling and Urban Rebounding.
Sara comes to MYX with six years under her belt as a fitness instructor, and is also a seasoned professional dancer with a career spanning ballet, contemporary, musical theatre, and four years with the Radio City Rockettes! She uses her dance background to creatively sequence effective and fun music-driven workouts, so you’ll see a lot of barre, sculpt, and yoga from this leggy lady! Fun fact: Sara is currently pursuing her Masters in International Affairs at Baruch College and running the Pre-K dance outreach program at Steps on Broadway.
Sara is certified in Barre (FlyBarre and Pure), Schwinn Cycling and also has her 200 hour yoga certification from Y7 Studio.
Christina has been in the fitness industry for over nine years. She travels the U.S. as a Master Trainer and National Presenter for LifeTime Fitness, and has used her platform to create positive impact and influence in every community she encounters. Christina believes that we all have the ability to be empowered and in control of our destination and journey in life. Her spicy, yet warm personality make her classes challenging but fun. Her belief that growth comes from discomfort will help guide you through every moment of doubt and right across that finish line.
Christina is certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for Group Fitness, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for Mixed Martial Arts and Youth Exercise. Other certifications include TRX, Spartan SGX, Spinning, Pound, ZUMBA, Mixxedfit, Piloxing, and Pop Pilates. She is currently working on completing her Yoga 200 hour certification.
Natalia is a six year veteran of the fitness industry, but has been obsessed with movement all her life. Heralding from Detroit, Natalia grew up competitively figure skating and running track and field, and then began dancing in college. After moving to NYC to pursue dance professionally, she discovered a passion for teaching movement and fitness, and the rest is history! Natalia is the Energizer Bunny of the MYX team, and you will love her workouts as much as she loves giving them to you!
Natalia is certified in Personal Training by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is also certified in Barre (Exhale) and Animal Flow. She is also currently Head Trainer at F45 Training Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Dyan has been in the fitness industry for over ten years, realizing her dream of bringing health and happiness to people of all ages and fitness levels. A small thing with a helluva lot of energy, her workouts are challenge packed and filled with inspiration. If you're looking to step outside your comfort zone, you've found a friend in her. Dyan personally knows the struggle with weight loss as she changed her own lifestyle habits to lose over 80 pounds.
Dyan has a B.S. in Athletic Training from Alfred University and is certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Other certifications include Madd Dogg and Schwinn cycling, Kettlebell Concepts Level 1, Modo Yoga (Alliance) 300 hour, Ishta Yoga Meditation. TRX, P90X, IntenSati (Level III), 30/60/90, Booiaka, and Atman Buti Healing Bowl.
Dex is newer to the fitness world, but no stranger to movement! Hailing from Anaheim, CA, he holds a B.F.A. in Dance from the University of the Arts, and has over nine years of teaching experience under his belt in addition to his two years of fitness. He teaches cycling and barre for Equinox in New York City, and aims to specialize in functional training. Dex is our resident wordsmith- his clever motivational rhymes make it easy to smile, even when you’re feeling the burn!
Dex is certified in both Schwinn and Stages cycling, True Barre, and RMT (Rotational Movement Training).
Kristina has been teaching fitness from coast-to-coast for over seven years. In 2012, she left her job in fashion to pursue a career in fitness. She got a job at the front desk of a cycling studio in Chicago and taught her first cycle class because a sub didn’t show up! That one spontaneous opportunity lead to her teaching indoor cycling, running, and boot camp classes in Chicago, Los Angeles, and NYC. Kristina has taught for Equinox, Flywheel, and Studio Tone-it-Up, and definitely brings her friendly, approachable vibe to every class she curates. She truly believes that with drive and a dream – ANYTHING is possible.
Kristina is certified in Group Exercise by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Personal Training by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also certified in USA Track and Field and TRX.
Liz comes to MYX with four years of teaching experience. Her journey into the fitness world was sparked by her expansive background in sports and dance. Liz’s quirky charisma and low-key competitive edge help translate her enthusiasm for fitness and wellness both on the bike and the mat. She teaches for Bucknell University, and has a passion for making workouts attainable so they become sustainable! Liz looks forward to encouraging you to be your greatest and best self, and you can count on her to push you to go for that extra rep!
Liz is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is pursuing her Masters in Exercise Physiology. Other certifications include Schwinn Indoor Cycling and Urban Kick.
Hilary has been working in fitness since 2011, when she helped launch The Lomax Way, a fitness hub in London. You can find her in the studio at LifeTime Fitness in NY and CT. Hilary is a bona fide strength and conditioning enthusiast, and her signature style is to promote powerful, focused and purposeful movement no matter your fitness level. A former publishing and media executive, her nurturing, encouraging coaching and dedication to keeping you safe makes you want to just go for it!
Hilary is an internationally certified personal trainer with Associated Martial Arts Consultants (AMAC), and is also certified in Schwinn and Stages Cycling here in the U.S.
Jake is a New York native who has worked in the fitness industry for eight years. From one-on-one and small group training to large classes, his passion for encouraging and motivating people shines through. Jake has trained clients at facilities around NYC and for Life Time Athletic, as well as a season working with the NY Giants. Having overcome an inactive and unhealthy lifestyle himself, he can definitely relate to those working to achieve a big goal!
Jake is a Certified Personal Trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Cycle Instructor (Madd Dogg), and Aqua Instructor. He loves Frank Sinatra and peanut butter and the occasional bad dad joke.
