MYX Fathers’s Day Terms and Conditions 

1. The promoter is: Myx Fitness, LLC whose registered office is at 19 West Elm Street Greenwich, CT 06830
2. This  giveaway is open to residents of the Contiguous United States aged 18 years and over except employees of Myx Fitness and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
4.  By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The opening date for entry is June 12, 2021 at 12:00 AM EST, the closing date for entry will be June 20, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST. After this date no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
9. The prizes are as follows: One (1) workout outfit from from premium men’s athletic wear brand Rhone®
10. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Only one (1) prize per household for the Contest.
11. Winners will be chosen: At random by COMMENT PICKER WEB SERVICE BEING USED TO PULL WINNING ENTRIES, from all entries received and verified by promoter and or its agents.
12. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will notify the winner(s) when and where the prize will be delivered.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. By entering this giveaway, each entrant is opting in to receiving emails from the promoter which they can opt out of at any time.
